Display Name: Fort Collins Historic Resource Survey
Description: This layer includes all properties within Fort Collins city limits that have been surveyed by the City of Fort Collins for their potential eligibility for historic designation. It is intended as a planning tool for developers and property owners to help them understand their obligations under Municipal and Land Use Codes. Attributes are largely maintained for staff use to assist with land use planning and project review. In most cases, feature geometry has been digitized using the City parcel info (CDST.Parcels) as in most cases, the historic property’s survey boundary conforms with legal property boundaries. In some cases, historic properties include multiple parcels and/or do not conform with legal property boundaries (i.e., the Great Western Sugar Flume in Kingfisher Point Natural Area).
